ErpilA
Epila is a unique design log house with lots of small details, built 2003. Erpila is located on Retulansaari on the western shore of the fishy Vanajanvesi, about 25 m from the shore with a sandy beach suitable for children. At long pier you can enjoy the sun and go swimming directly.
Erpila has a rowing boat and life jackets. There is a wooden grill on the beach and the possibility to smoke fish, and a gas grill on the terrace.
At your disposal is 94 m2, in addition to two covered porches and an open terrace (40 m2) with a dining area. The cottage has two separate bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, there is also a loft in use (with limited height) with beds for 4. The living room has a unique fireplace and a flat screen TV, video / DVD player, CD / radio. The kitchen has modern facilities, with a covered porch where you can dine even in the rain. In addition, the cottage has a separate toilet and hallway. The cottage suits best for max of 4 adults and 4 children.
The luxuriously large sauna has a continuously heated wood-burning stove, separate washroom and a dressing room with direct access out. All the rooms have under floor heating.
To keep the cottage in good condition, we leave our shoes in the hallway, pets at home and we only smoke outside.
The final cleaning is taken care of by the residents themselves (cleaning tools/equipment can be found in the cottage) or it can be ordered in advance (90 €).
Linen/bedsheets can also be purchased (13 € / set) as well as a cot and high chair (â5 €).
